First time visiting and was genuinely surprised by the staff. The manager was working his tail off. Running the register, prize desk, trampolines, making pizza, and cleaning. He even, without us asking, turned off a game machine that we making my toddler nervous. We saw another group with cotton candy. I asked another staff member about it and he searched frantically for some. The manager ended up starting up the machine again just to make us one bag. The place was clean and the food was hot. Overall a great value for what we paid. I wasn't expecting much but we left pleasantly surprised. The manager was truly the highlight. We just moved to the area from Orlando and Disney would be thrilled to have a guy like him working there.

We've been here a few times, now that our kids are of the age to be able to enjoy it, and it's a pretty good experience for what it is. It is a bit pricier than I was expecting, but it's been years since I've been to one as a playing guest and I suppose you can blame it on inflation. If you download the app or search for coupons before you head in, the prices can be manageable for two kids. I suggest paying by time to get a better deal, but know that you cannot split that time between two game cards. If you have more than one kid sharing, it will be a pain to have to run around and swipe for each kid's game unless they are playing the exact same game, or one that is nearby. It may be worth it to get two separate reusable game cards if your kids are far apart in ages, if they just play different games, or if you intend on returning to Chuck E Cheese frequently. You can also pause the time on the cards to eat food or something, but you can only do that one time for each card. They got rid of the climbing gym and ball pit (probably for the best) and there are decent options for the 2 year old - preteen age kids. If your kid is any older, Dave and Busters might be a better location. We try to go when times aren't super busy and we've never had a problem. The place seems clean and well kept, but there were 1 or 2 games each time we went that had problems. Perhaps they need to do more routine maintenance on the machines. Staff is friendly and patient when answering questions (just don't be confrontational as that never ends well with any customer service). We will definitely be returning here in the future. Attached are photos from the October 2023 menu, but I don't think the prices are too far off from the regular season's prices.

I've been going to Chuck E Cheese since I was very young, and I must say it still really is a magical experience even after all these years. The food was nostalgic and so was the atmosphere. it still feels very warm and welcoming even after some changes. it might be weird for a teenager to be coming here but honestly I don't care. I'd rather come here than the sweat shop that is Dave & Busters. anyways, please keep up the great service. this place will always hold a very special place in my heart for years to come.

Our kids had a great time at my 5 yr old nieces party. The managers and employees did a great job of making it a memorable party. All kids with us 5-15 years old had fun. Pizza was great, dipping dots was a nice touch. The management went above and beyond for our niece. Thank you!

Chuck E. Cheese has grown up, and so has his space. He's a teen now, and has more advanced games and activities. I think though it is a direct challenge to the new D&B...However its a really good fight. Chuck has the best pizza of a place that is not solely pizza that i've ever had. They beat out some actual Pizza joints. Its a place for kids, so kids and children at heart can have loads of fun and then redeem tickets for prizes. They have come up, and I appreciate the growth!

The problem with this location is easily the customers. When coming into the location, two people were literally getting high outside and the smell lasted after parking and as we were walking in. However, we had a birthday party and the Asst. Manager, Kraig (apologies if the name is spelled wrong) was pretty awesome. First, he found us shortly after we walked in and was very polite and conversational. He escorted us over to the table and explained everything. He also kept the attention of our children and maintained a professional manner. What was nice was that he kept an eye on the kids and did the small things that prevented a mess or an issue like maintaining the plates and silverware as we served cake. He wasn't overbearing but was around when we needed him and was very prepared. As we left, he actually shook our hands and thanked us for coming. The General Manager simply needs to get Kraig decent help and a "Do Not Get On Stage" sign. I understand that "rif raf" does come to that location and that's not the fault of the company but that shouldn't stop the location from maintaining a cleaner appearance. I'm giving my time there 4 stars because of Kraig and I'm docking a star because of the rest of the staff and what I think is an issue for the GM and that's to simply get better support for guys like Kraig.
